Team Hutch Counseling

Areas of Focus

If you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a life transition, or carrying the weight of caregiving, anxiety, or a recent diagnosis—you don’t have to go through it alone. I work with women, adolescents, young adults, caregivers, and those affected by cancer to create a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. Whether you’re exploring your identity, coping with relationship challenges, adjusting to a new role, or simply trying to find your footing, our work together will center your voice, your experiences, and your strengths. With over two decades of experience, I offer trauma-informed counseling and practical tools to help you move forward with clarity and compassion. Healing isn’t linear, but you don’t have to do it by yourself—I’m here.
