A cancer diagnosis can bring so many emotions—grief, fear, uncertainty, identity shifts—and it can feel incredibly isolating, even when you're surrounded by support. That’s why I created a virtual cancer support group specifically for women: to offer a space where you can connect with others who are going through a similar journey and may be able to relate to what you're experiencing.
This group runs in a four-session format, with each week focusing on a key part of the experience:
Facing Diagnosis & Identity Shifts
Navigating Relationships & Boundaries
Coping with Uncertainty & Anxiety
Reclaiming Agency & Finding Strength
Group counseling is different from individual therapy. It offers the power of shared experience, mutual support, and the reminder that you are not alone. In this space, you can speak openly, listen deeply, learn new tools, and feel seen—without pressure or pretense.
Each session blends gentle conversation, psychoeducation, and space for reflection. Group size is kept small to ensure emotional safety and connection.
This group is open to women in any stage of their cancer experience—newly diagnosed, in treatment, post-treatment, or living with long-term effects. Whether you’ve just started this journey or are still making sense of what you’ve been through, you are welcome here.
Next Group Starts:
